- Renovation potential. Whether your dream extension is straightforward, expensive, or quietly impossible under the planning rules.
- The real numbers. A grounded sense of what your changes would cost — so the purchase price isn't the only figure you're working with.
- The deal-breakers. Boundary, heritage, easement and structural issues that are far cheaper to find now than after settlement.
